APRICOT ICE-CREAM
Season of ice-creams and here is our recipe for an easy, super-delicious, healthy and refreshing one!!!
In a very Greek style, it is made based on Greek yogurt and olive oil!!!
Olive oil combines perfectly here, for its fats and its fruitiness! As you serve the ice-cream, you may drizzle olive oil on the top for an extra taste!
As apricots are in abundance now, and our garden's tree offered us lots of fruits, we used them fresh in the ice-cream but also as jam for topping.
You may experiment with other fruits as well, peach for example would be a great alternative, also in season now!
